QLD:Bligh breaks down with 13th flood death
Queensland Premier ANNA BLIGH has cried at a media conference as she described the
trail of flood destruction and heartbreak that now stretches to the capital.
Brisbane's avoided record flooding but more than 15-thousand properties have been inundated
.. and the body of a man has been found in the Lockyer Valley .. taking the death toll
to 13.
Ms Bligh said nearly 12-thousand homes in Brisbane have experienced flooding across
